Research Contributions (CLOSED)

The Applied Mathematics Program Meeting will consist of a combination of plenary presentations, contributed talks, and posters.

Each participant may submit a title/abstract for a research contribution in one of the following seven areas:

  • Linear Algebra
  • Optimization
  • Multiscale and numerical PDEs
  • Discretization and Meshing
  • Stochastic Systems and Uncertainty Quantification
  • Analysis of Petascale Data
  • Complex Interconnected Systems

Due to space limitation, not all contributions may be accepted. Contributed talks and posters will be selected from the submitted abstracts by the organizing committee.

Submission of Abstracts for the 2011 conference has now closed.

The title and abstract should be limited to a 1-page pdf file. You can use either the LaTeX template ApplMathAbstract.tex or the MicroSoft Word template ApplMathAbstract_2011.doc to prepare your contribution. The file ApplMathAbstract.pdf is the output from these templates.
