Yan Shtarker is a student at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
His intended degree is in Computer Engineering. Yan spent the summer
after his Freshman year at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory working
with Stephen L. Scott and Hong H. Ong on benchmarking performance
of gigabit ethernet and network optimization.
