Spent two years as a member of a Microsoft team developing tools and technologies for deployment of their products in large-scale Internet properties and telcos world-wide.
Designed an application provisioning environment using the Microsoft Provisioning System (MPS) for a service provider in Zurich, Switzerland. Besides platform architecture, provided hands-on training for their development and implementation teams.
Spent 6 years working with Microsoft and other vendors to enable large Internet properties to provide hosted platforms and services to their customers (raw compute, application hosting, service hosting, etc.)
Provided infrastructure guidance, provisioning code analysis, and production roll support for the deployment of a Windows-based hosting environment for the largest telco in Italy. Worked in conjunction with other industry leaders such as Microsoft, Avanade, Accenture and others to deliver a team-based approach to solving complex mobile delivery scenarios.
Supported the local Microsoft office in their working with one of the largest hosting companies in Germany to develop a provisioning solution that implemented SOA principles and scaled to support thousands of new customers daily.
Worked with many other service providers to develop and deliver hosted services since 2000. These providers were located around the globe (Japan, India, Germany, Italy, UK, US, Netherlands, etc.).
