A Trace Daemon (TRACED)

Traced gives a snapshot every .1 seconds of a network transfer between hosts
specified in a configuration file.  This means you can see the value, or
change in value, for selected web100 variables listed in traced.conf.

All software written for research purposes is in constant
flux and must come with the usual disclaimers.  What you are seeing is a 
snapshot in time as, most certainly, we are currently modifying it to  
try out new ideas.
