CALL FOR SPONSORS

The OpenSHMEM Workshop organizers would like to invite anyone from industry, businesses, and government agencies who are interested in the development of OpenSHMEM to provide sponsorship for the 2016 OpenSHMEM Workshop. There are several levels of sponsorship available, and based on the level chosen, the sponsor will have various opportunities for advertising, displaying products, and/or making presentations at the event. Some levels also include varying numbers of free registrations. If there is an interest in sponsorship that is not addressed by the options given below, please contact the organizers so that we can accommodate your needs.

Diamond (> $10,000)

  • All diamond sponsors have the opportunity to display materials at registration or during the main technical paper sessions.
  • All diamond sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a CD, or token gift)
  • All diamond sponsors will be listed (by logo) at the top of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference web site, and the conference program.
  • All diamond sponsors receive three complimentary full registration, which includes tutorials and the technical program.

Gold (> $5,000)

  • Gold sponsors will be named as main sponsors at the start of both keynote talks, and identified as such through public advertisement at the event.
  • All gold sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a CD, or token gift)
  • All gold sponsors will be listed (by logo) in the middle of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference web site, the conference program, and a poster at the conference registration area.
  • All gold sponsors receive two complimentary registration for the conference technical program.

Silver (> $2,500)

  • Silver sponsors will be named as a sponsor of a day's morning and afternoon breaks, or a tutorial/workshop breakfast, and identified as such through public advertisement at the event.
  • All silver sponsors will be listed (by logo) at the bottom of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference web site, the conference program, and a poster at the conference registration area.
