San Francisco Bay Area Transit District (BART)

The Pittsburg/Bay Point Train on the Pittsburg/Bay Point - SFO/Millbrae Line (Yellow) is the route from San Francisco International Airport to Union Square. It arrives at Powell Street Station approximately 30 minutes after leaving the airport. Powell Street Station is about 4 – 5 blocks from the Grand Hyatt and Union Square. The current fare is $4.95. http://www.bart.gov/

Taxi

In November 2004, it cost about $40 - $45 to take a taxi from SFO to the hotel.
