Organizing Committee meeting
December 15, 2004

The Organizing Committee will meet at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco on December 15 to hammer out details of the agenda for the annual meeting in June 2005. The meeting will start at 9 a.m. on the 15th and go all day (in the Belvedere room on the second floor).

Most folks will want to arrive on the 14th. Accordingly, a block of rooms is being reserved (under "ORNL"), with 9 rooms on the 14th, and 6 on the 15th (we want to avoid "eating" any rooms from our guarantee). We will have a phone-in capability for those who cannot attend in person.
