The OSCAR'08 papers will be included in the HPCS'08 proceedings, which are being published by IEEE-CS. The papers are to be formatted using 8.5" x 11", two-column format (max 7 pages) as per the IEEE-CS Formatting Instructions. Please use the IEEE-CS LaTeX Templates when preparing your final manuscript. Remember to embedded all fonts into your PDF files.
