The workshop is being held in Salon A of the Garden Plaza Hotel in Oak Ridge Tennessee. There is a block of 10 rooms reserved at the government rate of $55. The reservation number is 1-865-481-2468, ask for the "Cray meeting" block.

Catering

There will be a continental breakfast (croissants, muffins, bagels with juice, water, coffee, tea) at the start of the day, and a "healthy snack" (trail mix, veggies, etc. with sodas) mid afternoon. Lunch is on your own, at the hotel or nearby restaurants.
