David Erickson Appointed to SOLAS

David Erickson has been recently appointed to the Surface Ocean-Lower Atmosphere Study (SOLAS) Scientific Planning Team. This is a 9 member team that is planning the USA involvement in the International SOLAS research activity. The SOLAS project is a multinational, interdisciplinary activity examining the physics, chemistry and dynamics of air-sea exchanges, with a particular emphasis on interactions with climate change. Theoretical studies, numerical modeling and observational components make up the overall USA SOLAS plan.
