The QMIC software is broken up into the following folders (directories): source - This contains all FORTRAN source code, include files, Makefiles, and the master copy of the basis set library. exec - This contains all the executables as well as the basis set library file accessed by the "integral" executable (BasisLib). The executables are stored either individually, as a self-extracting archive file, or as a unix tar file. The executables when uncompressed usually require more disk space than can be found on a floppy disk. examples - This contains input and associated output examples. doc - This contains documentation for this software (essentially the readme.1st and readme.2nd ascii files) and will hopefully contain pertinent teaching material used in conjunction with the software (not there yet). For a description of each of the individual modules you can run the program "qmic" found in the execs directory, or read a second README file (README.2nd) located in this directory.
