I am currently a rising senior at Wofford College located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I am working on my BS in biology with an emphasis in computational science and I am in the Pre-medicine program. As a Bonner Scholar at Wofford, I also spend my time in the community of Spartanburg. I was invited to ORNL this summer to do research in computational biology. My research involves the use of Pathway Tools to model a specific metabolic pathway of the bacterium Shewanella.
