Michael Ham is a computer scientist in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where he works in the Climate Dynamics Group. His interests are in improving the performance and correctness of global climate models which are run on high-performance parallel computers. Michael earned his M.S. in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his B.S. in Meteorology from The Pennsylvania State University.
